Condominiums/Townhouses inspection at times are a partial inspection and is performed on only those components that the buyer or homeowner is responsible for. CC&R’s & HOA’s sometimes limit access to inspectors. We will inspect what we have access to. Unlike other inspectors we will contact your Agent/Seller to make sure arrangements have been made for us to access to areas management will allow us to inspect.
